Inside Telecom has published my contributed article, “The AI Failure Layer Nobody Is Measuring: When Systems Find the Right Source and Still Get the Human Wrong.” This matters because the human-AI understanding gap is bigger than hallucinations. A system can retrieve the correct source, attach a legitimate citation, summarize defensible facts and still compress the human meaning into something misleading enough to change a decision.
The published piece separates discovery, identity, selection, absorption, attribution and interpretation instead of throwing every outcome into the lazy bucket of “AI visibility.” The question is not merely whether a machine can find information. The question is what survives after the machine interprets it.
