Promptology™ Is Not Prompt Writing. It Is Meaning Work.

Every time Promptology™ gets reduced to prompt writing, the entire point disappears.
A prompt is visible. Meaning is not. The words are the artifact. The human logic that produced them is the system underneath. That system includes context, assumptions, priorities, lived experience, contradictions, standards, emotional weight, and the thousand tiny decisions a human makes before a sentence ever reaches a screen.
AI receives the artifact. Humans assume it received the system.
That assumption is where a lot of bad collaboration begins. We optimize the wording while ignoring the transfer of meaning. We blame the prompt when the actual failure happened earlier: the machine never had enough of the human logic to reconstruct what mattered.
Promptology™ is the work of exposing that hidden logic, testing what crossed the gap, and correcting what did not. Human Algorithm™ is the name for the human logic underneath the words. The goal is not to make the human sound more machine-friendly. The goal is to create enough shared meaning for the collaboration to remain useful without flattening the person into instructions.
That is why this work belongs in business, education, leadership, decision systems, search, AI adoption, customer experience, and every other environment where people are starting to trust machine output with real consequences attached to it.
