What Is Human Algorithm™? The Human Logic Beneath the Words

A human can give AI one sentence while carrying a lifetime behind it. The machine gets the sentence. It does not automatically get everything that made those words mean what they mean to that person.

Human Algorithm™ is the logic inside the human before the words.

It is the lived experience, values, memory, emotional associations, pattern recognition, contradictions, priorities, responsibilities and stakes that shape how a person interprets reality and produces meaning.

Two people can type the same sentence and mean completely different things because the words are only the visible output. The Human Algorithm™ underneath them is different.

That is why AI can have the facts, follow the grammar and still miss the human. Shared language is not automatically shared understanding.

Inside Frick-E Energy™, Human Algorithm™ names the human side of the understanding gap. Promptology™ is how enough of that hidden meaning is exposed, tested and corrected so AI can collaborate with the person instead of merely responding to their words.

Governance, approval boundaries and human decision rights are applications of the Human Algorithm™. They are not its definition.
