Humans keep giving AI words and assuming the meaning arrived with them.

It did not.

A human can type one sentence while carrying thirty years of experience, memory, values, pattern recognition, relationships, fear, instinct, responsibility and context behind it. The machine receives the sentence. Then it reconstructs what that sentence probably means from the context available to it.

Same words. Different starting realities.

That gap is where human-AI collaboration keeps breaking.

The human thinks: I told you exactly what I meant.

The AI thinks: I interpreted the information you gave me.

Both can be true. And the output can still be completely wrong for the human.

Better prompting alone does not solve that. Better models alone do not solve it either. A more capable machine can still misunderstand a person more efficiently.
