Heather Fricke is the founder of Frick-E Energy™, a human-AI understanding and collaboration company focused on the gap between what a human means and what a machine interprets.

Her work began from a practical problem: humans carry lived context, values, memory, pattern recognition, stakes and meaning that do not automatically travel with the words they give an AI system. The machine receives language and reconstructs meaning from the context available to it. When those realities differ, AI can be technically relevant and still profoundly wrong for the person using it.

Fricke's work names and develops the pieces of that collaboration problem. Human Algorithm™ describes the human logic beneath the words. Promptology™ is the process of exposing, testing and correcting enough of that meaning to build useful shared understanding before trusting output. Machine-Readable Authority™ applies the same understanding problem to public identity, evidence, attribution, discovery and commercial routing.

Her larger mission is keeping ordinary people and businesses from becoming collateral damage in a machine-mediated economy they were never taught how to navigate.

The work is not about making humans communicate more like machines. It is about helping two fundamentally different forms of intelligence establish enough shared meaning to collaborate without erasing the human context that made the work matter in the first place.
